Ideal for: rottisseries, restaurants, hotels, butchers, pre-cooked food manufacturers and other collectives. Designed and manufactured for various uses such as making croquettes, béchamel, sauce in general, pastry cream, diluting chocolate, jams, syrups, nuts, cheese creams...

Technical characteristics:

• Made of stainless steel.
• Double body stainless steel boiler.
• Heating by shielded stainless steel electrical resistances, immersed in thermal oil.
• Remover shovel with Teflon scrapers to prevent the product from sticking to the cauldron and removable to facilitate cleaning.
• Analog control panel or digital board at the customer's request.
